SmartDocs is licensed on a per user, per year basis. Licensing includes all product updates, product support, and maintenance. Licenses may not be shared between individuals. However, if a SmartDocs user leaves your company, his/her license may be transferred to another individual. The original user's license must be deactivated and SmartDocs must be uninstalled from his/her computer. Activation status is tracked in your company’s Support Portal.
